The price was not only the cheapest, the free delivery and collection of my Megabox over the weekend was really convenient. We were more than satisfied with the service from Storage Plus – from the initial query/quote with Jeffrey to the drop-off and collection of the pods by Mark (Azzam). Mark was especially helpful, courteous and very thoughtful in assisting us in moving our belongings into storage. Storage Plus was also very flexible and made an essential chore just that bit easier during a very stressful time. We have already recommended Storage Plus to family and neighbours and will also recommend them to colleagues.

a very smooth, easy experience at the Richmond site – the price is good, and I appreciated that they did not try to up-sell me, nor did they try to screw me over with random add on expenses (something I found quite common with other suppliers)

I’m simply blown away by the outstanding service. I recommend getting the professional service where they pack the box for you. I had Mark and his team and they were outstanding- worked really hard and took away the (immense) stress I was under. They made me feel completely confident and took over everything. Customer service is great, location super convenient and prices are very competitive. Staff are very helpful. On occasion there is a little confusion with regards to the billing, but it always gets sorted quickly. Added bonus is that the facilities are bone dry. Happy to recommend this storage facility.

The facilities at Storage Plus Kingsgrove are a quality facility and I highly recommend them. They are clean safe and secure with 24 hour access. Flat bed moving trolleys are also available at the rear loading dock door. Also the team are extremely friendly and polite and they will offer anyone great advice when making your move and storage a pleasure. Also they can give you various removalists that they endorse should you need them.
