• Offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or changed at any time without notice.
• Discounts exclude insurance, merchandise, administration fees, and late charges.
• All offers are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• If you move out before the minimum stay period, any promotional discount will be reversed, and standard rates will apply retroactively.

Need flexible storage without long-term commitment? Get your first month for just $1 on select small or compact Economy Units on Level 1 at Rosebery.

• $30 admin fee applies on the first invoice.
• Minimum stay: 2 months.
• Applies to select Economy Units (Level 1 Rosebery) only.
• Standard monthly rates apply from the second month onward.
• Offer excludes insurance and merchandise.
• Cannot be combined with any other promotion.
• Subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice.
• Early move-out before 2 months voids the discount and standard rates will apply retroactively.

📦 Sydney Storage Special – 50% Off First Two Months (Rosebery)

Get 50% off your first two months when you rent one of our select Level 1 units at Storage Plus Rosebery.

• Minimum stay: 3 months.
• Applies to select Level 1 units at Rosebery only.
• Discount applies to standard unit rent for the first two months.

For a limited time, get 50% off your first two months when you rent a warehouse unit on a 12-month minimum stay.

• Applies to warehouse units only at participating facilities.
• Minimum stay: 12 months.
• Discount applies to warehouse rent for the first two months only.
• Excludes insurance, admin, fit-out, and service charges.

🎓 Student Special – 25% Off First Three Months

Save 25% off your monthly rent for the first three months when you present a valid Student ID at move-in.

• Applies to select unit sizes at participating locations.
• Minimum stay: 3 months.
• Discount applies to standard monthly rent for the first three months.
• Student ID must be shown at move-in.
• Not combinable with other offers.
• Excludes insurance, admin fees, and merchandise.

💳 Price Match Guarantee

We’ll match any competitor’s price for a comparable unit if:

• The competitor’s facility is within 5 km of ours.
• The unit is similar in size, access, elevation, and condition.
• A written competitor quote is provided before signing.

Guarantee applies to the advertised base rate only and cannot be combined with any promotion or discount.

📦 Box Shop Credit – Up to $125

Purchase packing supplies from our Box Shop at Rosebery or Kingsgrove and receive a credit of up to $125 toward your first month’s rent.

• Credit equals the amount spent (on the same day of purchase).
• New move-ins only.
• Applies to first month’s rent only.
• Not combinable with other offers.
• Subject to availability.

👬 Refer a Mate – $75 Each

Refer a friend and you’ll both benefit!

• When your friend signs a new agreement and mentions your name, they receive $75 off their first month, and you receive a $75 credit.
• Credits apply after your friend’s first payment clears.
• Offer valid for new customers only.
• Multiple referrals allowed (based on successful move-ins).
• Not combinable with other promotions.
